We collaborate with repair and body shops to to recover diminished value for their past customers. We do all of the work all you have to do is provide us with the files for your third party claims. We can immediately start with your past 6 years of files from day one.

We work with leasing companies and delaerships the same way we work with our typical customers. You provide us with your third party claims and we take a 20% commission of whatever we recover for you. This rate is negotiable on a case to case basis. We also immediately can go back 6 years of claims from day one.

This also works the same way as leasing companies and dealerships. You provide the files to your claims and we do all the work. Once the claim is settled we take our 20% commission and you get the rest. What is unique about this type of collaboration is we can also help you recover loss of use for the claim.
